Metal transformation
All metal transformation processes are handled in-house at ARaymond — cutting, bending, and stamping. We work with stainless steel, brass, and copper in thicknesses of 0.2 to 6.35 mm and can provide single or multi-layer surface treatments. We master the entire process from design to production, surface treatment, and quality control — and we have the capacity to produce up to 140 million pieces per year.
Plastic injection
We have extensive experience worldwide in overmolding and bi-injection (multi-material) molding processes compatible with more than 300 thermoplastic materials. ARaymond’s decades of industrial expertise means you can trust us to complete on-time delivery of high-volume plastic part orders — up to 200 million units per year for a given part.
Tube extrusion
For the European market, we design and manufacture extruded, thermoformed, beaded, or braided tubes and coils for various applications. These include braking systems, cooling circuits, and air suspensions with superior physical and mechanical performance levels.
Assembly
ARaymond’s manufacturing plants offer manual assembly, semi-automated assembly, cycle-time optimized automated assembly, and motion assembly — with an average throughput of up to 24,000 parts per hour.
